I hope you know that if you go out for Pho (Vietnamese noodle soup) you should request "no cilantro" otherwise it will be in there. Just a friendly warning from me to you! Husband likes it, so here is a photo of "cilantro on the side" for you to enjoy.

You know, I'm not a cilantro hater, but I'm not in love either. But cilantro is my pho is one big fat no-no. I can deal with it in salsa. I cannot deal with it in my noodles!
